My tanning tips

Hi girls! Do you like to be tanned, as much as I do?

My skin is very white and sensitive, and get color very hard, but is burning very fast - a kind of "aristocratic paleness"))). But despite this fact, I learned how to get a healthy tanned skin, using 5 easy tips. They are not personalized, so you can use them too.

1. Eat carrots

Carrots really help me to get a beatiful golden tan. They have Vitamin A which raises the production of melanine in the skin. So, the skin become more receptive of sun rays. If you don't like carrots, you can drink carrot juice mixed with apple and orange juice - very tasty!


2. Exfoliating

Before going to the beach, I prepare my skin with exfoliating procedures. This is very important for getting an uniform, perfect tan, because exfoliants remove dead skin cells. You can use your favorite scrubs! I like the most a home made scrub: coffee grounds + sea salt + olive oil! Highly recommended! 

3. Safe hours

The safe hours are: from 8.00 to 10.00 and from 16.00 to the sunset. Please, respect them!

4. Carrot oil

When I see that my skin is tanned a little bit, I change my sun protect cream to carrot oil. It helps to get the tan faster. Sometimes I mix it with olive oil, and it makes my skin not only beatiful, but healthy too.

5. Aloe vera balm

After sunbathing the skin needs to be moisturised and calmed. I found the perfect solution - Aloe Vera gel. You can find it in every pharmacy. It's a natural and eco product. My skin really loves it!
